Neilston Victoria FC

Neilston Juniors were formed in 1945 after the Second World War had come to an end. Prior to the war it was Neilston Victoria who had played junior football at Brig O’Lea. Since there may have been some old debts outstanding, Neilston Victoria were officially no more and a newco(!), Neilston Juniors, was born.

Neilston Victoria’s best season came in 1912/13 when they won three trophies including the Renfrewshire Junior Cup and best of all, the Scottish Junior League Championship. Here’s how the final table looked :
